But why cant they make them like that anymore?
Handle top and bottom, perfect spout for pouring.
I would clean it and use it!

| Exactly, It needs to take a minimum of 3 hands to dispense and dribble slow enough to get you tired of holding it up before you actually fill something to qualify!
