So according to that Bloomberg story Romney must not have lied.(quoted from post at 22:56:05 11/04/12) CLick the link and read the story carefully.
Here are a few excerpts from the story that would make any person think jeep is going to china.
1. "Well it appears that the taxpayer bailed-out Chrysler is looking back and now considering cutting costs by shifting production of all Jeeps to China, which has a strong desire for Jeeps."
2."Fiat SpA, majority owner of Chrysler Group LLC, plans to return Jeep output to China and may eventually make all of its models in that country, according to the head of both automakers" operations in the region," reported the business wire service.
3.Mike Manley, chief operating officer of Fiat and Chrysler in Asia and president of the Jeep brand, told Bloomberg, "We"re reviewing the opportunities within existing capacity" as well as "should we be localizing the entire Jeep portfolio or some of the Jeep portfolio" to China.
Looks to me like someone unintentially let the cat out of the bag during a typical business story interview. Now its being spun and the story back tracked, because, well external_link doesnt want the egg on his face until after the elections over.
Jeep going to China
(quoted from post at 21:58:18 11/04/12) I know this will rile up the 47 percenters but eligible voters should be limited to tax paying property owners twenty years or older.
(quoted from post at 14:21:02 11/05/12) If the profit comes back here they would have to pay the second largest corp tax in the world. Why would Fiat send profits back to the US?
