I wore them for years, but the quality has slipped quite a lot. Mine were cracking where they bend for the toes in a couple months. I ended up going with surplus Mickey Mouse boots. Far, far, far warmer than anything I've ever worn, wear like iron. They are heavy though and you can't tuck your pants into them. Cost about $30.00 off Ebay.
I just got a pair of Sorels my FIL had, probably 30-40 years old. What a difference in quality from then to now. I won't touch Sorels anymore. Garbage. VEey sad for what was once a fine boot company. |
