It is the cart that allows my wife to go to tractor shows, and I don t go with out her. It is an Easygo and I turned too short last night and the steering went POP and now only turns left, and nothing turning right, just spins the steering wheel. What did I break?,the rack? Tractor show next weekend, I gota get this thing fixed:) |

So your in what the Shelbyville/Shelbina area then?? I sort of lived in Shelbyville back in the late 70s. Reason I say sort of was that I was in the navy so any place my parents live so was I as far as the navy said. My dad was the preacher at the Lutheran church in that town They lived on a sharp curve in a road there and many cars/trucks missed that turn. I have probably at least 4 3 wheel ones and also 4 or so 4 wheel ones laying out back. Did a golf course clean up years ago and hauled in a good number of them forward back ward engine rigs

Yea, I live on State route 6 outside of Ewing. Did you know a guy from Shelbina that was a lifer in the Navy. He was an expert on anything, and if you don t believe that, you just never asked him.

No did not know that guy or ever heard of him either. I visited my parents one or 2 times when I was in the navy while they lived there. They moved from there up to Michigan if I remember right while I was in the navy but my parents seemed to move about every 3 or so year and did that my whole life but he was a preacher so a common thing

I work at the local golf course. Sounds like you stripped some teeth off the rack on the rack and pinion steering gear. It will be much cheaper to find another box and replace the whole unit as to buy the parts. Gene Davis Tennille, Ga.

I crawled under it, I broke the drag link tie rod. Local dealer says Thursday, and I want to leave for the Quad Citys Thursday morning. They have six carts out back but will only sell the whole thing(for 500.00). I would weld it, but the socket has nylon in it. I my need to drive to the lake! :)
