| Stick welding

That when somebody see's you're building something, all of sudden they are the expert on it? A guy came out to my MX track with a couple kids while I was welding. He asked what I was making and I told him it's HD scarifier for the track. The first thing he says is that it's just going to roll over when I pull it. I said it still needs the 3 pt. mounts welded on after I finish the shanks. He was pretty quiet after that. |

Had a brownnosin soldier once in the motorpool that'd see someone doin a job a little slow or maybe goin about it a little wrong. Instead of helping them, he's run to me and make sure I knew that he could do it better.
Couple of times taking him off his job and having him do the other's job while they sat there with a coke & a smoke and watched/handed him tools then him finishing his original job before going home made a better man outta him...... |

| Happens on here all the time too... Even got some clown that changes his "guest" handle to whatever the subject of the thread is and spouts off wisdom and expertise............
