Man that is awfully expensive! Go to your local paint store and ask them what they recommend. Stay away from anything that is one part paint or water cleanup if you want it to last. Go for a two part epoxy paint that you have to mix, let sit and activate and then apply.
Secret to a good stick is the acid etch/wash. Wash any oil stains with TSP detergent then acid wash that spot again. Let the floor dry for a long time with fans blowing on it. If you want the fancy little colored speckles you can get those from Lowes, Wal Mart, Sherwin Williams or Home Depot. If you want bling get some large metal flake for auto paint from eBay.
I used a 2 part epoxy on our garage floor 35x28, acid etched the floor and put metal flake on top of the paint with an old salt shaker for less than $250, 3 or 4 years ago. I did not put the clear on top but you can get that also. So far the paint has held up well. Our local machine shop used a 2 part epoxy and it has performed well and you know they abuse it. The brand will not matter as much in my opinion as it being a 2 part epoxy that will set up. |

| Degrease the floor first with muratic acid cleaner or something to completely clean all of the grease and contaminants and then look up Poxi-Coat on the internet and find the nearest dealer. It is a one part epoxy paint. Most of their products will adhere to concrete with one coat. You can do it yourself for about $400. |

| Will moisture from underneath make it "come unglued"? I've thought about it for my shop floor, but no plastic underneath, and concrete gets moist in real humid times in winter. |

| Once it's down and cured, it will become a part of the floor and if there is any moisture from below it will condense on top just as before but will not separate if put down dry and clean. |
