Norco 3 ton floor jack

I have a Norco 3 ton floor jack Model 71300a. It is two speed SUV jack that has a two speed pump but the high speed is not working. Is there an adjustment for this? Or do I need a repair kit for the cylinder. The owners manual says nothing and I have not found any other info online. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know but it would seem that you need to repair the high speed part of the pump.

Disassemble the pump and control block and clean it of all debris. Carefully check the ball seats for continuity as there must be full contact between the seat and the check balls in order for them to seal properly. If a seat is chipped or damaged you can probably repair it with a small countersink bit but be careful not to machine too deep. Reassemble with fresh hydraulic jack oil.
