I have a Baker/otis FMF-020 forklift. I need to replace the break pads but i cant get the darn drums off. This is a 1967 model-i think- and i can not get a repair manual for it. So is the drum just stuck on it from years of neglect(previous owner) or is this one of the types that i have to remove the axle as well. any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. See photo for reference. Thanks
