Trying to fix what looks to be the oil pan on my 1947 9N. This was my grandfather's tractor which he left to me his grandaughter and I have know idea what I'm really looking at. If I look at the owner's manual all it tells me is that it's the engine, but really all I'm looking for is the bottom "shell" piece, which is cracked right by the seam. Do I have to replace the whole engine or can I just get this one part?

Shannon, Is it leaking oil? If it is, then the oil pan will need to come off and be welded, not really a big deal. john in Nebr.
