Try www.zenithcutter.com for the blades, they have
blades for quite a few chippers at good prices.

Baileys has certain number of disc knives and bed knives, they might be able to match something up based on size/thickness, they have been good to me on the phone with my stupid questions

Link

if the metal is still there, local machine shop can sharpen them for you, ask around to find out who sharpens for various industries

Gordon, I have a pto driven Olathe woodchipper and I have found nothing on the company. I think they are out of business. I was going to have the knives made. If you find anything, please send me an e-mail. Thanks, Steve

MACHINE WAS MADE BY OLATHE MFG IN OLATHE KANSAS, IF THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS THEY SHOULD HAVE A WEBSITE. THE PILLOW BLOCKS PROBABLY CAN BE GOT FROM A GOOD BEARING SUPPLIER

How about an old dish machine? The solvents today are water based... Used d/w's are real cheap... Always thought about modifing one for parts but its always been one of those things. A good solvent filter would be a must to keep the chunks out of the pump. Just a thought...

I bought an Olathe 3pt chipper used about 12 to 15 years ago. It had a phone nunber for Olathe Mfg. Olathe Kansas under the paint. If you looked at it just right you could make it out. I called the number and a very nice lady answered. I explained that I was looking for Olathe Mfg. She told me she has had this phone number for several years. And every so often she gets a call like mine. She said that she belived that Toro had bought out Olathe Mfg. And gave me a number to call. I called Toro but they didn't know anything about my chipper, But suggested I try Toro Commercial Div. The guy there knew about my chipper. He would copy and send me a parts and inst. manual.(Great)But I would have to order parts thru a dealer. My closest dealer was in Sparta Michigan.(about 100 miles away) I called the dealer with part nunbers. He said the parts were in stock at the warehouse and would be shipped to me. The warehouse is in Auburn Hills Michigan. Less than 20 miles from me. My manual and stuff is in the garage. I will get it later and see if It has a phone number you can call. Good Luck

OK Now keep in mind that all these address's and phone numbers that I have are from 1995 and 1996.
Toro Technical Publications-8111 Lyndale Avenue South-Minneapolis,MN.55420 1-800-348-2424 They have manuals and parts catalogs if you know model # ect. Also have written down Olathe manuals 913-829 7950. For parts Spartan Distributors - Sparta MI.616 887 7301 and Auburn Hills MI. 810-373-8800 area codes may have changed by now. I do know the Auburn Hills area code is now 248. And The Toro Company- 100 New Century Parkway- New Century, KS 66031 phone 913-829-7950. My manuals show my chipper to be a model 1200 made in 1992 or 1993. Good Luck If I can be of any more help let me know.
