I delivered the pulley to my go-to shop in hopes they can tend to the missing chunk from the belt pulley. It probably isn't critical but it bothers me. I believe I've figured out how the pulley clutch works so just cleaning it up at this point
Hannah rides on a carriage made up of some recycled wooden axle. The front is rotted through so I'm making a replacement. I had an old red oak beam of correct size so I'm using it. Its been slow getting the axle end shaped to fit into the metal hubs. Making lots and lots of sawdust.
