Looking for how to set govern speed(what rpm) on old generator, any manuals? m/d RA3300A s/n 11-39541 I know this thing is a big paper weight.

I used to be a McCulloch dealer and sold a couple of these. If I remember right the Briggs engine should be running
at 3,600 rpm to produce 60 Hz power.Usual Hz range is from 63 unloaded to 59 fully loaded. Check the frequency with
an electric wall clock. 60 Hz will make the second hand move one revolution in 60 seconds by another clock timing
it. You may have to bend the governor tang on the engine slightly to get it correct under load. The wiring in the
ones I saw were aluminum, so be gentle with them and don't get them too hot.
