Sorry But I could find where this topic would go. We have a Wisconsin engine THD on our NH 68 baler, after using the baler (with motor) less then a hour (I'm guessing), we shut down the baler down to unclog and redid the twine (it snapped), when then went back to using it and randomly shutdown and couldn't get the baler started again (tank was over half full). Went back to the baler again to change it to pto (pulling off parts from 268 baler) and decided to see it fire up, it worked for a 1 1/2 hours. As I was baling, the baler stated to run rough and by the time I got off the tractor the baler was dead. I took off the baler to go and attach a hay rake and when I came back, I was able to start the baler back up. Each time the baler died, I added either half a quart of 10 w-30 or one quart of it. Why won't it start back up or run longer? I have no clue what year the engine is.
