fairbanks/morse 2hp dishpan

hi all a neighbor lady is offering a 2hp Fairbanks morse model z dishpan but dosent know what it.s worth it turns and seems to have compression but is missing the magneto and the braket is broke and the head has been brazeed I don't want to cheat her but thinkin 100$ any thoughts?

Some of those had a battery, they do not bring a lot of money.

When I deal with Woman, I figure out what its worth, then pay them a little more, as I feel then it wont bother me.

Few years ago I bought several from a lady, that wanted to give them to me. I paid her a very good price. Well she talk to her friends and others, and I know they think I was doing the right thing.
