Waterloo Gas Engine

Estimate of Value: I have a 5 and a 1/2 horse power Waterloo gas engine on a wood cart with metal wheels. Has a Fairbanks mag looks like a horse shoe around the outside. The engine starts and runs good. There is a brass serial number plate on the engine. Can someone provide an estimate of value?

Thanks,

A picture would help a great deal. The Fairbanks mag does not sound right, should be a Webster or a Wizard on the newer type H or K engines. Does it have a crankguard or clutch pulley? Original paint? If the cart and the mag are correct, no serious cracks or welds, and it is an older model it should be around $1600 to $2000.
