Wisconsin V mount distributor

Does anybody know anything about V mount distributors for VH4 . Skidloaders that used Wisconsins may have had this as it was difficult to service dist at the side of engine. Any info would be appreciated.

What would drive this distributor? the only two holes in the center of this engine is the cam lobe to operate the fuel pump and the opening where the governor goes. Then you have the intake and exhaust in the way also. I have never seen one in a Bobcat but the ones in Bobcats were built differently from what I heard. Hardened gears and stuff like that. I am no expert by any means. Just know enough to be a little dangerous.

From hours and hours of searching I think this is the way it works. Governor is replaced with angle distributor drive and velocity governor mounted between carb and manifold. Governor gear has
24 teeth as does the angle drive on the distributor. But governor gear is hollow and mounts on shaft in timing cover. I have a feeling the v mount drive was not supplied by Wisconsin.
I would really like to know if there was such and animal and who supplied it. Thanks much!
