Here's some good advice that I found: Go to Wisconsin Engines official website, www.wisconsinmotors.com there you can find your engine and download a parts book. You can also find a list of distributors where you can get parts, beware! they price them as if they are gold plated! OR go to EBAY and do a search under "Wisconsin Engine Parts", there are 11 pages of stuff, or "Wisconsin Engine" where you'll find 26 pages of stuff.Beware again! most of those sellers also think their stuff is gold plated! And, you need to know part #'s of what you need, (That's why you down load a parts book) FINALLY- NAPA Auto Parts has for 2 cylinder engines:Rings Pistons, valves, valve guides, gasket sets,Carb kits, fuel pumps, but you need to know your model number and serial #, as some stuff is "Before" certain serial number, or "After serial #" NAPA prices are fair. There's one party on Ebay now that wants $75 for a fuel pump...NAPA's price is $54. Finally..most 2 cylinder stuff is interchangeable, except pistons, or old style babbot bearing rods, and newer insert bearing rods, and a V4 engine is just two, 2 cyl top decks on a different base, so parts interchange, even 4 cyl gasket sets are just two 2 cylinder sets with a different oil pan,(base) gasket. |
