Bearing Cup Grease

Is lithiam grease that I use for wheel bearings also good for the cups on gas engines

Wheel bearing grease is high temperature. You
may want something that melts easier but not
soft like white lube that could melt and run out.
I've got an old can of Phillips 66 labeled "Cup Grease" that I use, but don't know the modern
spec. for it. Search around a good farm supply
store such as "Blains Farm-Fleet" or "Fleet-Farm"
or "Bomgars".
