I have a JD LUC and I want to remove the PTO pulley and put a Belt pulley on it, I took the nut off and tried to use a pulley to pull the pulley but it wouldn't come loose is the a set screw or something I need to loosen to get the pulley off ???

Also does anyone know if a belt pulley of a John deere MT will fit ??

Is this the right drawing... pulley bolts to a hub?

Looks like you remove cotter key, nut, washer and then pull the hub off of the woodruff key.

Thanks Bob for the photo, I want to put a Belt pulley on my LUC but after checking I appears the only way to do this is to remove the gear reduction and make a shaft for the crankshaft to mount a pulley on has anyone done this ???
