International LA 1.5/2.5

My Little LA lost throttle It will idle but when you open the throttle it will only rev up a little bit, It wont go wide open.. My carb is clean the load needle housing is clean. the throttle butterfly is moving free in the head. Would it be a weight on the gov gear??? has anyone had this problem before?????

Mabe fuel line,or check valve stopped up,or fuel line loose.

Thats the first thing i checked its loose. it was getting enough fuel because when i took the choke cap off there was a little bit of gas in it...

Ok found out what it was. The butterfly in the head clicked when i moved it last night so im thinking it was sticking. I took it all apart thats the only thing i can think that i did to it. it runs good now. I have been using the little LA to start my big 5hp LA i used a old serp belt off my power stroke diesel. Use the belt pully on the little motor to turn the fly wheel of the big motor. I lugged my little LA down so far it stalled and i think thats when it got sticky. but now it turns that big LA like nothen
