Melroe / Bobcat 600 - questions

Was wondering if I could get a little help or be pointed in the right direction. I have a Melroe 600 skid steer that needs a little more work. Seems it's developed 2 new problems. Keep in mind I have no parts or repair manuals - but will be order them shortly.

Problem #1 - The bucket tilt peddle is acting up. I took off the inspection plate and the rod that goes to the Hyd Valve and the peddle - I can pull the hyd piston out by hand - this is obviously not good - there must be some kind of retainer that is short- It's doesn't leak but as long as I'm in there I might as well put in new seals. where can I get it rebuilt / buy a rebuilt one or can I rebuild it myself - if so where to I get the parts.

Problem #2 - Engine idles fine at startup - misses like crazy when warm - This just started occurring since it warmed up outside / when the outdoor temp was cooler it ran fine. I think it's the good old vapor lock problem - I'm going to re-route the fuel line and try to keep it away from the engine. Put a regulator in line with the filter. If that don't work I'll replace the coil - I don't suspect the coil but who knows it may have started to peter out. I replaced the plugs, wires and points a few months ago during routine maintainance - so I doubt it's either of those. I am I barking up the right tree?

One other question - a buddy of mine told me the 600 and 610 are basically the same machine with the exception of the 610 has a bigger engine 32HP / 25HP - The plate right below the seat is pretty much worn smooth but I can make out the numbers 600 and the back plate / counter weight says MELROE instead of BOBCAT - other than ROPS differences it looks real close to his 610.

Thanks

I have a bobcat 600 with a wisconsin VH4D engine. I bought it missing the variable pulley sheave that goes on the tapered shaft of the engine. Does anyone have any information as to where I can find this part. Any info will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
