If your password is the same as your username, your username will either have already been taken by spammers or soon will be. They troll the forums looking for usernames, and then have programs to test to see if they can login with that username. The first thing they try is to just use the username as a password. When it works, they change the password and it locks you out.
If this is how you set up your username, chances are you'll have to contact me to have it reset. If your username is still working that way, I'd suggest logging into the modern view, clicking on Profile and changing your password to something not so guessable. If you use classic view, stick with some combination of alpha and numerics. If you use modern view, it can be anything.
