I just checked the system clocks and they are off but only by a minute. That makes it seem like a phpbb issue. I'll check this post and see if it does that. Our time zones may be related to that though. Classic is solidly locked on pacific time and modern follows your time zone. I'll check it though.

I think so because my posts were synced and I'm using the GMT-8 on phpbb.
The problem really starts showing when Daylight Time is on because even though the systems switch, phpbb doesn't support it. I think that leaves the difference at a nonsensical 2 hours (example for Eastern time). During PDT, I'm off by an hour.
