If you don't have the privacy settings turned on, which will eliminate your cookies frequently, it sounds like network issues. I have only satellite and wireless here at the farm. Some days I will have no problems, and others I will drop cookies. I can always tell if that's going to happen if I get stalls once in a while.
There are times when the network problem can be on our server end and it's related to high traffic. We are upgrading to a direct fiber a week from today and that should eliminate any stalls from our end. Not seeing anything like that today though given it's a holiday, and many are off work, it's a higher than normal traffic day for YT and the network in general.

If you are on wireless, try it on your hard wire line and see if it clears up. I'm not seeing anything on our end today.
