Having a lot of trouble posting pics to the forum. I'm using windows 8. When I try to post pics in either classic or modern view, it will not upload the photo, It will show a thumbnail and that's it.

Quoting Removed, click Modern View to see

I looked at options, internet security, custom level, and scripting is enabled. I'll keep trying and looking fore things. I'm really disliking windows 8 and all its apps. Can't find options like I used to. OR post pics for that matter. Thank you for what you do for this site.

I've tried it in both modern and classic views with IE 10 and chrome. I haven't tried it in Mozilla. I'll download Firefox tonight and try it.

That shouldn't be necessary, I've checked it out on both.
Are you sure you don't have scripting disabled or inhibited by browser or security software options?
I will go back in and retest on IE 10 tonight, but it worked last time I tried it.

If the thumb shows, it did upload the photo, what is happening is the script that puts the URL into the post is not running so the picture never shows. This may be a security setting in your browser or it could be the browser version. Are you running IE 10 with Win 8?

Have you tried this on Modern View, I have a different upload there which I'm still in the process of putting on classic too. It is more reliable from the stand point of these script issues. Too often, some of the browsers treat the script as something harmful. With the new upload, I've done everything I can to avoid that. It's especially reliable with IE 10 and any of the other browsers. IE 9 and below fail for many reasons.
