Yes, the network changes we did were to upgrade the phone system so customers would stop getting a busy message. Unfortunately, the phone company shut off the old number before getting the new one working. It was supposed to be this evening when they cut it over. It should be fixed any minute now.
The network itself was out for way longer than I thought it would be. One piece of equipment didn't work as expected and I had to rearrange the network physically to get it working.
On top of that, all the warehouse mail would not go out this morning because of all the other changes. I just got that fixed, so if you were waiting for messages from the warehouse crew, they should be coming through shortly.
