try to send e mail to ad- keep getting Email Error 1. Then can't find a "contact us" site or link to get the help you tell me i need. HHEELLPP.

I see you are guest to YT, meaning you don't have a registered username and haven't talked in the forums. Depending on what your email provider is and what the message says, it may block you as someone unknown if the program sees anything suspicious (programs aren't all that good at guessing what "suspicious" means so that isn't anything personal about you).
