HF to-20, 3 point

some information that may be helpful. The email will

The control valve is most likely stuck. With the engine off, open the ride side access cover and reach into the oil
and feel around for the T shaped stem of the control valve. the ends of the T should be in the H shaped control fork
ends. If you push the T shaped handle forward it should move easily about an inch total. Do the same in the backward
direction! There could e some dirt thats caught between the bore and the control rod, or the T shaped end is only
connected to on part of the H shaped control fork.

Please advise the OP in what direction to reach. Forward? backward? forward and slightly up????
