1965 Massey 165 Diesel Inj Leak

Hello,

My Massey is leaking around the injector. Been told it is a bear to do the rebuild, so I am wondering if anyone knows a trusted rebuilder? I would remove and ship, or would be great if someone knew one in PA.
Any help is appreciated !!

That is the injection pump, not injector. You likely should not try repairing it. One of the guys that post here DieselTech or Al Baker, that rebuild pumps and have test equipment to properly set them up after rebuilding, will be along with info on reaching them. In the meantime, I suggest you invest in the Operator's and Service manuals for your tractor, if you don't have them.

I (obviously) don't know your mechanical abilities, and I'm not ADVISING that you attempt this, but the I.P. cover CAN be removed without removing the I.P..

In the video above, the removal process starts around the 18:00 mark and the actual replacement of the O-rings on the shafts starts at around the 34:00 mark.

rebuilds. He lives in Indiana, good work and very
reasonable prices.
