Hello Drusk95 welcome to YT! I really hate to see people to take the time to post here and get no reply. This topic section does not get the highest viewing numbers. I do not know if some cannot view your video I can see it fine on an iPhone. I am an IH guy so I cannot answer your question. It definitely looks like you have a problem. In the first linkL attached the manufacturers online parts catalog. Part 33 is a friction disc that should be able to be squeezed down on with the nut on the end of the lever shaft which should hold the levers in position. Just FYI, there is a Ford topic section here, I would suggest you place future posts about your tractor there, see 2nd link.

The control levers have friction disc between them and the support
There s a nut with a spring and washer on the end of the shaft that adjust to tension of the friction disc
Look to see if the friction disc are there and then turn the nut in to remove the slop and increase tension to your liking
