Question about hydraulic pressure gauges

Hi. I need to test the hydraulic pressure of my Massey Ferguson Industrial 40. All of the gauges I see have a male 1/4" NPT fitting, and I know that the outlets on my loader valve are all #10 SAE o-ring (7/8"-14). I'm not very good with all the hydraulics fittings. Is there such a thing as a ready made hose that will connect a pressure gauge to that outlet? What am I looking for exactly? Appreciate your help as always.

It is common to have a hose and gauge with 1/8 or 1/4 NPT fittings and have an assortment of adapter fittings, like the one you show, to connect the hose to different ports.

If you search for hydraulic test gauge kits on scamazon you will find some fairly inexpensive kits that have several gauges with hoses and quick connect fittings and an assortment of adapters from the quick connect to common hydraulic fittings. A bit more $ than a one gauge setup but nice to have if you do more work and often need to monitor several pressures at once.
