I have a 2005 2605 Massey Ferguson I ordered a new alternator for it but the new one mounts correctly but the the wire locations are different any advice would b appreciated thank u in advance

Is it the same alternator, brand and model, just the terminal positions are different? If you are using modern view, you should be able to post a picture of the old and new ones so people can see what you have. It may just need the terminal clocking changed; however, you have not given enough info here to say that is what it needs.
 
''Terminal Clocking'' meaning that you pull the 4 screws holding the two halves onto the stator core, and turn one half to the best position relative to the other half, and put the screws back in. Just be sure you are not twisting up any internal wires. Usually, the front, pulley half is totally mobile. steve
