Ford 132 CI Head Gasket Issues

I have a Ford 2000 tractor with the 132 ci 4 cylinder gas engine, my father purchased the tractor brand new in 1962. The tractor now has approx 5700 hrs on it.
About 5yrs ago we did an in frame engine overhaul, new pistons, rings, bearings, all gaskets, Head sent out to machine shop, valves done etc etc. The tractor
doesn't do a whole lot of hard work anymore, mainly used to haul some firewood on utility trailer from our wood lot etc, maybe spends 1 hour annually on a little
3 point hitch cultivator working our garden up, maybe a couple hours annually on wood chipper etc. Anyways after just 100hrs of use in the Fall of 2021 when
checking the antifreeze before Winter I noticed the coolant in the rad appeared to be rolling which indicated the head gasket was bad. So we pulled the head off
sent it out to the Machine shop, had it plained again, another new head gasket installed, followed all the correct torque proceedure. Ran the tractor for approx
one hour and re-torqued again, button it all back up and maybe have put 15 to 20 hrs on it over the last yr, again no hard work. Anyways yesterday was doing my
annual Fall anti freeze check on all my tractors before Winter and I couldn't believe it, started the 2000 and let it run for 10 minutes or so pulled to Rad cap
off and guess what, coolant is rolling again in the RAD. I can't believe this is happened again. Any thoughts, ideas or suggestions on what might be going on here
would be greatly appreciated. Are the new head gaskets that bad, or is there someting I'm missing here?

Do you get coolant in the oil?? Are you sure your not seeing the effects of the water pump moving coolant like it should

With no thermostat, or with engine warmed up and thermostat is open it's NORMAL to see coolant move through the radiator with engine running. What you DON'T want to see is lots of bubbles in the moving coolant, that's a sign of head or gasket trouble.

No sign of any coolant in the oil, it still looks good (not milky)and is right on the full mark, hasn't come up at all. So hopefully your right, it's just the normal movement of coolant through the top of the rad, i'll keep a close eye on the oil over the next few months.

OK thanks for the info, hopefully your right and it's just the normal movment of coolant through the rad created by the waterpump. I'll keep an eye on it for bubbles.

As said; that is normal movement of the coolant as viewed at the radiator cap opening!!

As long as it's not losing coolant, overheating, blowing steam out the exhaust on a warm day, misfiring, showing condensation under the oil cap, then it's not likely a problem.

There is a combustion leak detector test you can run, it's a blue dye that changes color if there is a combustion leak. Very accurate and reliable.

Does the temperature come up as it should? The rapid circulation sounds like maybe a stuck open or missing thermostat.

Thanks for the great info, temps seem normal, no sign of coolant in the oil, no blowing steam, I can't recall now if I replaced the thermostat when I did the head gasket a year ago.
