I need to replace my plugs in my 2014
F150.
V6 3.5 L.
I've heard people use NGK Iridium plugs.
Are they the way to go or should I stay
with the Motorcraft plugs?

I got 165K miles out of the set of Motor Craft plugs that came new in my 2009 F-150, they were still going but would occasionaly misfire. I just went back with the same.

I put 300 k plus miles on f150 4.6 before the body disappeared using motor craft plugs .
Numbers 4 cylinder would code poO304 cause oil from cover would leak in it an foul it out ,not the plugs fault

In my opinion, Motorcraft plugs are a good plug. No need in going to something else. Even if you change plugs at manufacturer recomendation, 2 or 3 plug changes will get you through the life of the vehicle. And that's considering you own the vehicle from new, until the scrap yard. Not much to gain here by simply saying, oh, this other plug is better or will last longer.
