Ford 2000 slow taking off

I have a 1869 Ford 2000, 4 sp trans. I was clearing some land of some brush when it began taking off slowly. In other words, let off the clutch, and it would sit for a few seconds before slowly starting to move. I was barely able to get it up the slight incline to my shop. I checked the fluid levels, everything is good. I also adjusted the clutch per the manual, its within spec. Is the clutch gone on it? Anything else to check?

Put in in 4th gear and let the clutch out slowly while holding the brakes. If it engine doesn't die then yes clutch is likely to be bad
