new to 2020 john deere, and having hydraulic problems. Slow 3 point when cold and slight cavitation on loader. Then suddenly loader got real slow. Have changed hyd. filter and need to clean screen, but can't seem to get it out on clutch side port. If it must come out on brake side I will have to unhook some hydraulic hoses due to way loader is plumbed. Any advice? Thanks

The Deere section of this site covered the same symptoms every week or two.
The wrong or contaminated transmission oil will destroy the brakes . This in turn will put metal brake disk material through the hydraulics.
Sometimes a lube oil line inside the transmission case will break or wear through and cause similar problems.
You are smart to ask instead of replacing the front pump and then wondering where the hydraulics are not improved.
btw how is the loader plumbed ?

Appreciate the answer. It appears that they drilled a hole in the bottom of the filter housing, welded in a nipple, then with a T fitting, installed two hydraulic hoses to it. Don't remember where they go to, but if it is important, I will trace them out. I have already changed the filter with hoses attached, and should have pulled brake side screen plug when I had it down. If I need to take screen out on brake side, I am going to remove hoses instead of tackling that filter again, with hoses attached. The loader worked great until the last time I used the tractor, then it was very slow at idle, and only about half speed at 1200 rpm. any ideas? Thanks, Ron

Should follow the hoses from the filter cover . One should attach to the discharge port of the closed center valves that operate the loader . Should be flow only when the loader’s control valves are operated .
The sump screen should be checked .
