jd 4020 powershift oil cooler repair? Or location to replace

Hi I have a jd 4020 power shift that has a problem with the oil cooler. The 4020 was made with a few different oil coolers throughout there manufacturing and of course the one we have is hard to find. They were made of steel instead of a less corrosive metal and are about impossible to repair from what I have heard from repair shops. The serial number of the tractor is 21T77243.

Questions: Is there a way to repair this tired old oil cooler? Or do I haft to buy a used one in better condition somewhere else? And if so where?

Impossible to say if it could be repaired without seeing it/what type of damage does it have?

Looking on jdparts.com that oil cooler (AR32677) has been replaced by the newer style (AR44284 @ $1500.00), takes a few lines and maybe brackets to make the substitution of the newer cooler.

So, possibly if you could find a good used newer-style cooler it could be swapped in place of your older-style cooler.

Have a salvage JD 4020 diesel that has an oil cooler on it. Will try to load a pic but it is not a very good one and the tractor is located a son's farm 25 miles from me. If you want more pics I can go get them if you think you are interested. Would be glad to ship it to you for $30 plus shipping if you think you can use it.
