IH 364 fan belt pulley removal

So I?ve got my radiator out and recored, with all new hoses. I?d love to get the two belts off to replace them, but I cannot figure out how to get the top pulley off... any suggestions, tips or advice? I have a couple pictures to post as soon as I figure that out.

You don't remove the waterpump pulley, you unscrew the front part of the sheave.

You'll have to excuse my ignorance here, I've not really done a lot of this type of work. Can you explain how I would go about unscrewing the front part of the sheave? I've attached a couple pictures of what I'm seeing.

Loosen locknut, then loosen setscrew.

If not stuck too badly the front half/lip of the sheave can be unscrewed, freeing the belt.

Upon reassembly, note there are four locations to place and tighten the setscrew, so as not to screw up the large threads on the rear half of the sheave.
