MF180 PTO PUMP issues

I have a MF180 the PTO stop working then the lift pump stopped working. One day I started it and the 3P lift worked and then it didn"t. Tractor clutch works fine. Works going on here?

I do not know that tractor as such but I have worked on a MF 85 which is a lot like that one so some of this may apply. Fluid lever correct?? If yes have you check the Hyd filter and made sure it is not stopped up.

Which PTO drive line does the tractor have? Two stage clutch, with ground drive PTO option, or the fully hydraulic PTO clutch? If two stage the second, PTO side may be where the trouble is. The later hydraulic used a single clutch at the flywheel, and PTO input drive splines are in the pressure plate cover. If the splines fail there you will loose both three point hydraulic pump, and the PTO drive to the rear PTO hydraulic clutch system.

Yes it has ground drive and pto option. Do I need a new clutch or just discs? I haven't seen any videos on replacing the PTO clutch-disc.

MF flywheel mounted two stage clutches are similar, but some springs and drive discs are different. Best find a 175-180 service book.
