Carb cleaning issues

I have a carb from a Farmall F12 that needs to be rebuilt. I have cleaned, sandblasted and soaked in PB Blaster and the majority of the adjustment screws and fittings(most of which are brass and we know fun it is working with brass hardware) are stuck in place. I would like to remove everything so I can soak the the carb in solvent before I reassemble. Should I soak it for longer? Should I heat the casting up? Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

In the future I would keep the sandblaster away from the carburetor, I'm not aware of any carb cleaner that will dissolve sand.

I?m not aware of any myself, I guess taking the entire thing apart soaking it, cleaning it and rebuilding wasn?t clear enough in my original post?

I am assuming that is a cast iron carb. Use small acetylene welding tip and heat just the head of any brass screws etc not red hot but just until you see the emerald green flame flash off on it. Do that to all. Same with any brass shafts that are frozen. Do not melt the brass. Let cool and they will come right out.Once carb is completely stripped of hardware, then blast it with whatever media you choose. It's the best way yet, regardless of what's said on here. I re-build for my retirement living, only JD cast iron carbs. Have done 100,s. The passages need drilled clean anyway and no sand/media will remain anywhere after drilling and hi pressure air. Carbs come out like new and work like new. Now , if you are not going to completely disassemble it, then yes, keep the blaster away.
