Ford New Holland 4630 power to fuel shutoff

Been working on a 1996 ford 4630 diesel. I get power to the shutoff when the switch is in run position but loose power when I go to crack position. I put on a new switch from cnh but still no luck. Check the diodes behind the dash, and fuse box on the fuel tank. I replaced the relay. I cannot find a wiring diagram for the 4630 with the larger fuel box.
Any help is appreciated.

Good luck, Customer of mine has one that I have been fighting for over 2 years. First time it was the ground, second time it was the relay, third time it was the ign switch, fourth time it was the ring terminal on the power wire to the shut-off solenoid. Last time it was the solenoid itself. Right now it is running I guess, haven't heard anything in the last couple of weeks. Whatever happened to the good old simple fuel shut-off cable?

Worse comes to worse.. run a hot wire off the fuse box w/ a toggle switch..to the solenoid..
up to run, down to shut off.
just a thought..
