Jubilee rear drum

My right rear drum has original hub (4 screw). All are seized. Have been using penetrating oil and shock. Ordered drag link socket, too thick, won't fit in slot. I'm not a welder, so welding a nut is not really an option. Any other ideas?

Get you a hammer drill. Not sure that's the right name for it but its a round large drill that you smack the end of it with a hammer to lossen screws. just have to make sure your flat tip screw bit fits all the in and tight before you hammer it. if you have had it soaked for awhile I think it will loosen them up.

Every TOOL BOX must have two of these:

One 1/2" drive

One 3/8" drive

If the impact driver won't get them out, try a small chisel, about 1/2 the width of the screw head. See if
it will bite in and break it loose.

Those screws are typically very soft steel. If they still won't break loose, drill in the center of the head
with a drill slightly larger than the screw shank. That will let the head fall away, the drum can be
removed. Then possibly there will be enough of the screw left to get with vice grips.

I have NEVER worked on a Jubilee ..however I have worked on several Fergusons:

I always replace the screws in question (with proper size)as per picture:
