I'm new to this so hi everyone. I have a question about my touch control system. So I purchased this tractor with a belly mower and the touch control housing was broke. I went and bought a used one from a salvage yard and I can't move the cylinders by hand. I can twist them back and forth but they won't go in and out. Should I be able to move them or not? Thanks in advance.

I do not know the C as such but any cylinder can be a bear to move by hand and some next to impossible

Those touch control units have lock valves for both ends of the cylinder to keep the piston from leaking down. If the unit still has oil in the cylinders and the lock valves are good, you will NOT move the rockshaft by hand. If you force it you WILL break something.
