My lift quit working when I got an auger stuck on roots digging
post holes. I rebuilt the hydraulic pump and still no lift. Took
the top end apart and rebuilt the lift ( new piston, o rings,
cylinder, plunger, yoke, plates, and all gaskets) and still
nothing. Took side plate off and forks are connected to control
valve and open and close it as should. PTO works as should and can
see pump running. I've seen other posts about bleeding the pump
but cannot figure out how, also it seems that fluid is not making
it up top to the RAM cyliner/ piston. Im assuming that's the
problem but do not know why the fluid is not getting up there. I
am new to tractors but pretty good at figuring stuff like this out
usually. I did the pump rebuild almost 2 years ago and when that
didn't fix it I let it sit in the barn. Stay real busy with work
and just now found time to do the lift. Hoping I don't have to let
it sit another 2 years before I can get back to it. Any help
appreciated.
