metal work on hood of Jubilee

Any ideas would be appreciated. I have acquired a Jubilee and id like to repair this dent damage im about to explain. The bottom dog
leg on one side of the hood has the curve portion that goes from the radiator to the side that is crushed in a bit...creased. I a pic
would probably be better but hope explaining right. How would I attempt to start pushing this out? I dont want to just fill with
filler...want to try and hammer and dolly a good portion of it out. start with a curved pc on backside and slowly work out from
there?? Im thinking of adding some heating to soften up metal vs pounding the crap out of it.... NOt sure how to "start working this
without stretching metal or what not......

jump over to youtube and search for hammer and dolley techniques. lot of good stuff there. if you dont have body hammers and dolleys, have a local body shop rough them out for you. you can do a lot of damage if you dont know what you're doing.

If you have the time and patience to learn metal shrinking it will be fun to do. But there are repo hoods available on ebay for $300 which is cheap for a new tractor hood.

Consider that you may spend that much or more if you don't own the right metal working stuff like a good torch and dolleys, hammers, lead, etc.

It may be rather difficult since its double walled and the inside radius' pretty tight. It might be easier to remove the damaged dogleg and install a new one. They sell them on this site. The dogleg is spot welded to the upper hood. you can drill out the welds and then spot weld the new leg in using a mig welder. I did mine and you can't tell it was done.
