john deere B water in oil

Just bought a 37 JD unstyled B that was completely restored in 2011 by a supposedly? JD mechanic. Has been stored in a climate controlled garage since. I drained the oils--the transmission oil looked OK, but the crankcase oil looked like chocolate milk. I assume it has antifreeze water in it. Has been sitting now for a few days in my shop and the crankcase is dripping about one teaspoon of water/oil mix every 24 hours. Hate to think it is a cracked block or cracked head. Could the pushrod guides be leaking? Any tips on how we can diagnose this problem accurately? Like to hear from anybody who has had this problem. Thanks

Push rod tubes can get holes rusted in them and leak. antifreeze in oil will make a gooey white stuff like cottage cheese.
