Suggestions - stuck hydraulic drain plug

Any suggestions would be a blessing ... most bolts on my Super A seemed to be very loose. However, I have not been able to budge the hydraulic fluid drain plug. Before I round off the bolt head I figure I'll ask for guidance. I purchased about 3 weeks ago. No maintenance records and it seems like it's been quite awhile since anything has been done. Engine oil was tar like.

Anyway, hydraulic drain plug does have paint on it and on the visible threads. 16" crescent wrench didn't budge it.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Do you have a socket that'll fit it? Put the socket on a breaker bar,put the socket over the plug and put a hydraulic jack under it to hold it up so it can't slip off sideways.

7/16 eight point socket, at least that's what fits the 4 point plug in my Super C.
