how to fill "repair" cracks in tire tread

I have a jubilee with pretty good rear tires... one side is good tread and all. other side good tread but there are cracks in the rubber from I presume dry rot. the tires hold air and in fact are calcium filled and not leaking? I they have tire paint and all sorts of neat stuff. but is there a way to repair or close up these cracksm, even if only last a couple of years before I have to buy or should buy a new one. again tire sidewalls are very good just on the top so I would like to try and fill them to make them last longer since good tread. thank you all.

I bet the tires are not holding air but the tubes are since those tires and rims are not made to be run tubeless.
That said Tech makes a 2 part tire stuff for just that type of problem but it is not cheap as in last I got some the 2 cans cost over $50

Hate to sound too much like a hillbilly and don't know how long it will last but I used some polyurethane blacktop and roof sealer. I've got a set of tires with 90+ tread with a few cracks, tractor was setting out side while I was using the sealant and a light went off in my head, dim light. It's in a caulking tube and I'd squeeze a little on a narrow wood chisel and tool it in neatly because I didn't want it all over the tire. The stuff is a perfect match, flexible and just like rubber. Haven't used that tractor much but haven't noticed any coming loose.

This stuff.

I've used tire sprays to make tires look better. Sometimes driving in snow or stubble does a better job than the sprays.

Dumb question:
Do any of those tire crack fillers actually repair the cracks (glue or weld the cracks shut?) or do they just make the tire look better? Sometimes stuffing more material into a crack can act like a wedge that drives the crack deeper.

The Tech stuff I have does in fact sort of glue them up and make them hold up better. It has an A and B part to it that you mix together and then you take a puddy knife or some such tool and fill in the cracks
