Many have made posts related to finding a carb for this tractor (and the IH 284) which utilizes a one liter Mazda motor.
One post indicated, "So, we went to the next stage...they told us to bring in the intake manifold from the tractor and they would fit a new(er) model carburetor and ensure it works. It was significantly more expensive than just fixing the OEM carburetor, but it worked. "
Does anyone have an idea of what the make and model is of the "new(er) carb? I have the Nikki carb and need a replacement but have been unsuccessful in determining a retrofit option. I can make an adapter but have struck out finding something similar that might work.
