JD 3020 Steering issues

I recently had trouble with my 3020. It started to have trouble steering to the right, went left okay but not right. My local dealer said my steering valve needed to be rebuilt so i took it out and they rebuilt it. I reinstalled it and started the tractor. The tires turned left as soon as i started it. I thought maybe air in the lines so i cracked all of them loose and seemed to get oil out of them. Still the same result so i checked the pressure on the steering lines and have about 2000 psi on the left side and 0 on the right. When turning the steering wheel to the left it will go a turn or so then gets stiff, but if u go to the right it will hit the stop and you can hear the engine lug down a bit.
Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated!

You will need to bleed the air out of the valve. Best I can tell you is to get either an I&T shop manual, how to get the air out is described
well enough in there or get a JD service manual for your 3020, both manuals are based on serial numbers.
